OPRA is run by Steve Biss and Steve Smith - both of whom have vast experience of the construction industry, set up home here 28 years ago learning Portuguese along the way we believe in total transparency in all aspects of business.
OPRA have been established in Portugal for the past 28 years, and have built up a team of top class tradesman and reputable reliable suppliers all of whom are proven experts in their own fields.
As and when required you will be introduced to our architect and interior design team to assist you in planning the finished product required.
The company has an enviable track record of renovation projects and delighted clients who are happy to provide testimony to the success of completed projects and in particular the conscientious and hard working approach of the people on site. At any one time we have access to various completed projects where the owner has given us permission to show to prospective clients around, by appointment.
