A personal service where you will deal with one of two working principals of the company making sure your requrements are completed on time to budget and to the high standard that we produce. We will discuss a brief with you, in your own home, offering suggestions and providing free advice. If necessary, we will show you similar projects from which you can gain inspiration and compare ideas.
Then a fully detailed quotation will be provided listing the work to be done and stating clearly what is and what is not included in the price.
Our extensive knowledge of the Algarve enables us to identify reputable suppliers where you will be able to choose the finishings that will turn your property into your Portuguese dream home.
The next stage is to agree with you a Schedule of Works that fits in with your needs and is capable of being achieved by our team. Once agreed, we will closely project manage the job to ensure that all materials arrive on time. We know from our experience of working in Portugal that this is a crucial part of the job.
Finally, we will keep in constant touch on progress through regular photographs of the job and/or the installation of webcam/s to keep you up to date with on site progress. This means that you can be in London or Lagoa and still have an up to date picture of how things are progressing.
